Jumper sets JUMP token sale on Legion for Sept. 29 to Oct. 2, 2026
On-chain finance app Jumper said its JUMP token sale will open on Legion at 13:00 UTC on Sept. 29, 2026 and close at 13:00 UTC on Oct. 2, 2026. The company described the offering as its first independent fundraising effort and said JUMP is the only way for users, contributors, and investors to participate in the project’s growth, adding that there is no Jumper equity. Eligible participants can review the sale terms on Legion and submit an allocation request, but submission does not guarantee receiving JUMP. Final allocations will depend on eligibility, the sale terms, overall demand, and the allocation process. Jumper added that allocations may be adjusted if the sale is heavily oversubscribed in order to broaden participation. Legion’s excluded jurisdictions include the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and sanctioned regions of Ukraine. In each European Union member state, fewer than 150 qualified users are able to view the offering terms. Jumper also said its platform supports swapping, bridging, yield, and perpetuals in a single interface and reported more than $41 billion in cumulative volume, over 100,000 monthly active users, and $10 million in recent TVL tied to Earn. CEO Marko Jurina was named in the announcement.
